Patient Accounts is responsible for coding, keying charges and billing of transports.  This department is responsible for collecting 75% of the Authority’s revenue from third-party payers such as Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurances, Hospital Contracts, the Veterans Administration and Self-pay.

RAA offers several different options to provide payment on your account, as well as accepting different forms of payment.  RAA will accept insurance, cash, credit cards, cashier’s checks, money orders, and personal checks.
