Patient Accounts is responsible for coding, keying charges and billing of transports. This department is responsible for collecting 75% of the Authority’s revenue from third-party payers such as Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurances, Hospital Contracts, the Veterans Administration and Self-pay. RAA offers several different options to provide payment on your account, as well as accepting different forms of payment.
